Since then, the supplier and Amazon have been very responsive and offer me an replacement unit. The supplier even called me to follow up. They are serious about the customer satisfactions. I am satisfied now and want to change the rating to 5 stars.

The Solar - 5 not only conveniently charges my phone when I'm in the field, it does it FAST!!! I also love that it is powerful enough the charge and iPad! Love this product, buying more for Christmas presents.
